Refund policy

We want you to have a wonderful experience and if you’re dissatisfied for any reason we will gladly accept exchanges or returns for a full refund, and will cover return shipping within the US.

You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging and with all of its original contents. It’s okay if your item has been used.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hello@unfoldtrips.com. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how to send your package, along with a free return shipping label to print (if you are in the US) or else the US address for you to send the return to (if you are outside the US). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@unfoldtrips.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have. Once the return arrives and is accepted we will issue a refund for your original purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@unfoldtrips.com.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@unfoldtrips.com as soon as possible. If the item has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, we will attempt to cancel and return the shipment to us. If the item arrives, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label as per our normal return process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item may be used, but must be in its original packaging with all its original contents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email.
